Extension of timelines for filing of Audit Report in Form 10B/ 10BB and ITR-7 for the Financial Year 2022-23
As per the CBDT Circular No. 16/2023 dated 18-Sep-2023, the Government of India has extended the timelines for filing of Audit Report in Form 10B/ 10BB and ITR-7 for the Financial Year 2022-23 for organizations registered u/s 10(23C)(b) and 12A(1)(b)(ii) of Income Tax Act, 1961.
Please note that filing of audit report in form 10B/10BB and ITR-7 for the financial year 2022-23 has been extended to 31st October, 2023 and 30th November, 2023 respectively.
